Pop Tees – Shipping Policy

At Pop Tees, every item is made to order just for you. This means your order goes through a short production process before it is shipped.

We appreciate your patience while we create your new favourite tee.


Order Processing

All Pop Tees products are printed on demand.

Production typically takes 3–7 business days before your order is shipped.

During busy periods (product launches, holidays, or promotions), production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped immediately.


Shipping Rates

We keep shipping simple.

  • $12 flat rate shipping on orders under $150

  • FREE shipping on orders over $150

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.


Shipping Times

We ship using Special Line Pro, a reliable international shipping service.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Production: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping: 7–10 business days (average)

Total estimated delivery time: 10–17 business days.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package from production to delivery.


International Shipping & Customs

Pop Tees ships worldwide.

Depending on your country, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • High shipping volumes

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Courier delays outside our control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

Pop Tees cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
