How long does shipping take?
Because every Pop Tees item is made to order, your order goes through production before shipping.
Production: 3–7 business days
Shipping: 7–10 business days
Estimated delivery time: 10–17 business days
During busy periods such as launches or holidays, production may take slightly longer.
How much is shipping?
We keep shipping simple:

Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order all the way to your door.
Why does my order take a few days to ship?
All Pop Tees products are printed on demand.
This means your shirt is created after you order it, rather than sitting in a warehouse. This reduces waste and allows us to produce unique designs in small batches.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns for:

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will happily resolve the issue.
What size should I order?
Our tees are designed with a relaxed streetwear fit.
If you prefer a true oversized look, we recommend ordering your normal size.
If you prefer a more fitted look, consider sizing down.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet entered production.
Because our items are printed on demand, once production begins we cannot cancel or modify the order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
My package says delivered but I can't find it
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will help investigate.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
